Hi there. Its been a while since Ive been on the forum. Im looking into making a simple RTS to get me into practice again with GS (I will need this for my next real, big project), and I was wondering if someone can point me towards a tutorial about pathfinding. Pathfinding and AI is the one area I am completely oblivious about.
If informed, the most popular for games is A*, because it is simple and will always find a path if there is one. There are a lot of tutorials out there, just Google.
If uninformed, you could start by searching for "iterative deepening search" or "bredth first search."
