I posted this in the Showcase section, but thought I would place it here as well.

Things were a little slow today and so I created a set of 13 lava textures. Each texture is 512 x 512 pixels and tiles perfectly. And, best of all, they are available for free! Here is a screen shot:



The images here don't look as good as the originals because they have been shrunk fairly small (each being about 200 pixels across). Also, they were not made to look "real", but for fun. So please don't start telling me that they don't look like real lava.

The file size is just over 9 MB because I kept all the files in BMP format. You can use these images for any of your projects, commercial or not. I would only ask that you give me credit (Dan Silverman/Master 3D Design) and that you do not sell them or include them in your own texture packs.

I think the hard stone should cast the shadow on the lava and not the other way round, but still nooks nice.
