Very very use of panels and 3d art, I'd like to test it but cannot at the moment.
few critiques as seen from the screenshots:
Some parts of the level require either larger skin or detail/dirt map (we aren't in the 90's anymore, we have computing power now, so don' think that it takes up too much memory/CPU/VRAM/Whatever

Water could be done with reflection and refraction, this would add realism. (this is not needed in your kind of game, but is a little professional touch)
Water particles need to be redone it looks quite ugly imo (as seen in screenshot), maybe I need to see it in motion to be more exact.
