Sorry these aren't really scripting questions, can't say I've had a problem with any of that yet, but there are some things I was wondering:

1. Is there a way to package and protect textures, models, sounds etc into some sort of resource file or any other method so that they can't be edited by the user.

2. How big of a project would a game have to be for consideration into the demo collection and eligibility for a free copy of lite-C, e.g. if I submit a pong clone, will I get anywhere? ;-p

1. Not in the free version; the Pro version contains a resource packer. Alternatively you could try some free packers by users, like Nacasi (I believe it's on the AU tools section). I'm not sure however that Nacasi works with .c scripts.

2. There is no minimum size requirement. Quality beats size anyway.
