This is a paid job; I am looking for a shader programmer to write a Super shader (or Uber shader) in HLSL for use with A6. The programmer will be provided with example models and all the necessary maps required by the shader. This is a very complex shader so a high proficiency level will be needed.

The shader must include the following;
- Parallax Normal mapping (normal map with height info in the alpha channel)
- Specular lighting (8 bit, gray scale; colour of specular map effects shininess)
- Alpha transparency (diffuse map with transparency in the alpha channel)
- Glow (overlay texture that ignores lighting… making it look self lit, should also emit some bloom)
- Skin with Subsurface scattering(8 bit, gray scale; colour of map effects subsurface scattering)
- Self soft shadowing
- Support for at least 3 lights

The super shader should be written with a method of enabling or disabling any of the features. For example; if a model dose not need Glow you can set the glow state to “0” and that portion of the shader will be disabled… making the shader more efficient by only running the needed portions of the code.
