Where to get GUID?

Hello, everyone
On The Gamestudio tools page on the wiki, I found a tool named "GUI Designer". When I try to download it, it tells me that the page isn't available. Is there another way to get it? Also, is it in German only or English and German?

likely the host has removed the link from their website / hosting provider. The only way to get it now is a helpful 3dgs forum user who has it on their desktop....
