Advertisements in forum posts?

Why are there Advertisements in forum posts for clothes and tennis shoes etc.?

Is this just malware or something at my end?

How do I get rid of it?

Don't worry, it's just the regular spam bots like 100 times before. Sometimes it takes a while until a mod sees and deletes them, though.
