lot size changes in "Assets.dta" in realtime when you trade

lot size changes in "Assets.dta" in realtime when you trade - 03/16/15 12:54

Why when you hit "trade" and then stop trading, does the broker update change "Assets.dta" on some of the lot sizes back to micro lot size?

I've re-confirmed that Assets.dta & AssetsFix.dta are set to 100,000 lot size for all currencies, yet system still trades 1000 micro lots real-time. "Contracts per lot" while testing always correctly says 100,000 lot size, but that same system always trades 1000 lots.
I've temporarily set code for "Lots=100;" in the mean time for trading, see if that makes a difference.

Assets.dta is set to the actual parameters of your account whenever you log in.

JCL,

How do we overwrite this? If I'm trading a 100K account, I'm getting lot sizes as low as 0.03

Changing the assets.dta gets overwritten, as you said, but playing with the sliders doesn't seem to change much at all.
The setting of LotSize doesn't seem right at all for larger accounts.

A quick fix would be to add a Multiplier variable to the MT4 side of things so that accurate real lotsizes could be set.
