Hello. Say we enter a three lot position and want to take profit one one lot at x pips, and at the same time set the second lot to break even and let the third run, how would we code that? TMF?

Yes. The TMF must observe the price and then exit one lot after the other.
The easier way is just entering 3 trades with different TPs.
