Read parameter from file

Hi guys,

Anybody can you help me to read parameter and use it in the script through a file? Is it possible?
Moreover Zorro can read and use parameter without stop and restart platform but read and use parameter during live?

but for example I can update the stop loss parameter in the file and to be used in Zorro live session?
The strategy start with stop=50pip and through file I update the stop at 30?
