ZorroS expired?

ZorroS expired? - 03/01/17 00:20

I have paid monthly fee and got the confirmation from your store, but my ZorroS expired! I tried to log into the store's site but declined, I changed my password but still can't log in.

What's going on?

I'm also having the same issue which has never come up before in my 8 months of Zorro S subscription yet:

Subscription expired - please remove key!

Have already checked that there is nothing in payments which could have caused this.

Hi,

ok im not the only one wondering - same here:
"Subscription expired - please remove key!"
But Subscription is still ongoing (at least the payment is...)

I get this message since today. Yesterday everything was working fine.

All Zorro S subscribers should have received new keys in the last days.

If not: please check your spam folder. And if this does not help, please contact support (at) opgroup.de to make sure that you get your key. You'll need it since we've recently changed the subscription system, which caused the old exes to expire.

I'm thinking of upgrading to Zorro S.

In the future, will I have to worry about my license expiring - say - in the middle of the night when I'm not watching my trading system on the VPS, potentially causing my system to - for the sake of argument - lose thousands of dollars due to a sudden software interruption?

Or would I perhaps only have to worry about fixing keys every time I upgrade the software?

First question no, second question maybe. A trading Zorro won't be affected by an expired license key. But when you install an update in a different folder, you must also copy your key in that folder.
