What exactly is the problem? The formula of calculating WFOPeriod from a fixed test period T is in the manual under "WFOPeriod". For T you set the number of bars of the 3 months.

The problem was that there was not the WFOPeriod section in the manual. Now I can see it and problem has expired... weird...
