Hi!
Have you downloaded the history using the Download script that comes with Zorro?
If not - select it in the script roll down thingy. And then select the asset which you would like to download. And press test. You can edit the download script and select another start date, for example, if you want more or less history.

it was much better than their 3x support email's
"For using a software, you must understand the basics of the program. Wildly clicking buttons will give you nothing but error messages. Instead, please just start with the tutorial. You'll then learn step by step how to develop and train strategies, and all your questions are answered.
Of course, when you can't even use the free version, spending $600 for an additional module will be a waste of money.

You should follow the advice and really read at least the introduction in the manual, otherwise you will not accomplish much. For instance when trading with BTCUSD you must first develop a strategy, there is no BTCUSD strategy included in Zorro.
Besides BTCUSD is an exotic pair and I doubt that any MT4 server has a long price history for it, and FXCM hasn't either, so you probably need to get that from elsewhere.

And I see you have an old Zorro version, and no working MT4 bridge, so the download script cant run anyway. Get the new version 1.22 that just came out, you will need it for new MT4 versions 600+.
