Increase resolution to 3 decimals for JPY crosses/ 5 - for USD - 03/24/18 13:58
1) in Verbose=3+, OHLC prices are still shown with resolution of 2 decimals for JPY crosses and 4 decimals for USD.
This makes this info not easy to use while debugging.
2) In _testtrades and especially _demotrades files.
_demotrades is the only place where real fills are shown, not just Ask prices.
Having them with correct precision is indispensable for monitoring quality of execution/slippage.
