It would be nice if Zorro can connect to IQ Feed. Reliable historical and realtime data source. It is the cheapest high quality data source.
I asked IQ Feed about it and the reply is here:
Yes, we cooperate with many software programs.
In fact we have an easy to use API that hundreds of commercial programs and thousands of individuals have used to make their software compatible with our data.
Here is some information on the API, feel free to forward to them:

In order to write your own software program to use with our iQFeed data you’ll need to use our API.
For information on our API start from the iQFEED HOME page:

Click on the FOR DEVELOPERS link on the left side of the screen
On the Developers site you can:
. Read more about the API
. Link to the “API In-depth Overview Video” which details the sample apps and docs
. Link to the ” API Quick Start Guide”
A P I R E G I S T R A T I O N :
Then when you are ready to sign up for the API - on the left side of the Developers site there is a link to REGISTER for the API...Complete Parts 1-4 online. Then print, complete and sign Part 5. Scan and email ALL of the completed Part 5 to ME (dave.forss@dtn.com) I’ll forward to API processing. You’ll receive an API activation email when ready. At this time you’ll be charged the annual API licensing fee of $360 paid once a year.
