Trades closed in Zorro are not closed in Oanda

Hi guys,

I am facing the following issue today with the Z3 and Z12 systems. The following is the example from Z3 as it has less trades.

At the beginning of the day 2 trades were open as per the logfile:

Tuesday 18-01-30 Loss -279 ----
[XAU/USD::L0084] +14$ s1330 c1342 e1338
[US30::L0103] +310$ s25626 c26458 e26217

Both trades were closed in Zorro a bit later displayed in the trade status page and also reflected in the logfile and trades.csv:

However, in Oanda the trades were not closed and are currently still open. The same happened with Z12 during today were 5 trades were closed in Zorro but all remained open in Oanda.

Does anyone know the reason why this can happen? I am not aware of any interruptions on either the Zorro or the broker side. Also when restarting Zorro the trades won't be synchronized.

A client had reported the same problem some time ago. We could never reproduce it here, but it seems to have appeared only with an old Oanda plugin.

Get the latest Zorro version from the download page. If it then still happens, please contact Support.
