How to send some Zorro data to active Excel worksheet

Can anyone suggest a "hack" to "easily" send some data from Zorro to specific cells in an opened Excel spreadsheet?

I heard DDE is not easy and not for the faint of heart. How about VBA script in Excel looking for data, etc?
