FPS Code and weapon animation

I used on_mouse_left event to call a function called disparar()
this funcion animate de gun when the player shoots.

I hope it will be useful for you.
But i would like someone of you help to improve it.

It has two things that need to be improved.

1-if i press quickly the left boton of the mouse the "shot" animation
of the weapon run the two times for the double click.
I would need the function dont accept another left clic until the 100%
of the animation have done

2-the funcion needs to be improved to shot in cycle while i keep
pressed the left boton of the mouse.
