Stingray game engine by Autodesk - 08/21/15 20:51

I accidentally found another "little" tool in the market ($35/month) said to be targeting small studios, featuring Autodesk tools integration, Lua/visual scripting, PBR etc.:

I personally don't need it, but maybe good for somebody around here, especially for Maya LT subscribers who get it for free.

It's a very nifty engine, it was called Bitsquid Engine until autodesk decided to release it with a fancy interface and tools integration.
It's very data oriented, very lightweight compared to UE4 and Unity.

I heard of Bitsquid Engine, War of Roses was made with it (a good looking medieval team fighter game): http://bitsquid.se/gallery-wotr.html

I have a education licence that gives me free run of most Autodesk.
Is there anyone who would want to join me in a rundown evaluation of this engine...?
