CED free sprite cycle editor

Maybe someone out there (besides 3run ) may need this little tool.

Its a simple sprite strip creator. Select a folder with your sprites for a cycle and CED creates a animation+ file.
Some feats like preview and a single frame editor with some functions (like mirror).
Only Windows Bitmaps (BMP) supported
