It exists over 1400Frames
If this seems too much can remove every 2nd frame, this can be created up to 4x for a liquid section so you would have 80+ -0 frames

About reducing the amount of animations, why don't you combine them? I mean, separate legs with torso and maybe even head (for talking/face animations if you have them). Walk cycles for legs, but all torso bones are reset, shooting, aiming, reloading, standing animations for torso, but with leg bones reset. At the end you can combine those
