how do i put a texture on my terrain? and does a7.07 extra support the feture to have multiple textures on my terrain? thx. this will bring me one step closer to my dream game.

In the import part (Skin Editor, Files) import a texture.
Otherwise, see the Wiki about multiple textures, theres a couple of good usable examples there.

do i click on skin mapping or skin image? skin mapping only lets you open txt files. and skin image is grayed out. wtf? lol so help is apreciated.
edit: btw abandoned looks sweet.

Ok, use 'edit' in MED and choose 'Manage Skins'.
Then go to 'New Skin, select the check box below it (Texture) and navigate to your skin file then bring it in.
You can lots more od course but just get that happening first

now how do i get the texture to repeate over the terrain. so the texture is better quality.
