DPlay_ change to ENet_ ?

Hey gang,

With the new Enet backend, I was curious if changing the command names from DPlay_ to ENet_ was in the works or even planned? If not, what will the new prefix be? Surely it can't stay DPlay_. And finally what is the timeframe for ENet to go live (is it with A8?)?

I'm writing a book on basic networking and while these semantics are meaningless in terms of functionality, it would be nice for my book to have the most up to date information possible.

No, the command names stay the same. They are sort of misleading in A8, but that's better than having to rewrite network scripts.

Very misleading I would say. And I don't know that doing a script wide find/replace of "Dplay_" for "Enet_" would really be that much of a rewrite.
