Processor Requirements

I am working on releasing my game on Steam via Greenlight. They are asking that I provide a Minimum System Requirements.

I picked up all the information available on the 3D Gamestudio website, but that is for running Gamestudio, not necessarily my game. Is there a way to find out what kind of hardware you need to run a particular game?

Also, the Gamestudio website did not mention any kind of processor required, though it does say it will work on any hardware up to 10 years old (if it meets the other requirements). Is there a recommended processor type/speed I should be aware of?

Just look at:
- RAM Usage in Taskmanager
- CPU Usage in Taskmanager
- Frame time (time to render one frame) on your particular CPU / GPU

Easiest is if you have laptop or old desktop lying around that can play your game at moderate fps at minimum settings and use that as minimum requirements. Than use another newer/faster laptop or desktop that plays the game at >30 fps at good settings and use that as recommended.
Finally you could also compare it with other games on your laptop and see what their requirements are.
