The minimum capital required to trade indices is too high. Swaps are low or zero. Some indices have spread at zero.

The Oanda bridge keep the connection open and use keep-alive on the connection header?

I'm sorry these assets have high capital requirements, but what does this have to do with the Oanda plugin?

Is this minimum of 1 contract imposed by the bridge or by Oanda? For indices and some other assets 1 contract is still too high. Could the lot size be changed to 0.0001? There is a chance of this to happen soon? I have some experience writing bridges maybe I can help.

The Spread is a issue of the bridge or Oanda, could this be fixed?

Swaps must be entered manually in the asset list, since they are not anymore supported by V2. All other parameters are from the Oanda API.
