Hey everybody, i wanted to make a "Horror, Survival, Scarestheshitoutofyou, run and hide, with Zombies" Game like Amnesia. I'm just an 3D Artist which uses Blender and GIMP, so theres nothing already done on the "Programming part". Ive just begun to model the first interior Scene (this would be an abandoned Hotel Scene). The game would be played in first person, so the Camera Part is the most important part. Dont want to create a Cam, where the player didnt get the feeling to be in the Game . So the Camera would be very shaky if you run through the corridors and so on. Small other are planed, but i dont want to tell you every secret . In the beginning i need an great Lite-C Programmer with A8 Com, to get life into the scene. If someone else also is interested to create an small team with me, dont be shy, just contact me here's an small preview how it looks like : regards Sebastian

i can't see the preview (EDIT: now i can see it ^^), but i'm definitly interested! i think you want to use this cool corridor from "what are you working on" some questions:
which features do you want exactly? good enemy/monster ai? inventory system? (and if yes, how should it be done?) what kind of health system?

Firstly i just want an solid Player Movement Script. Inventory would be nice too, but not very "usefull" for the beginning. AI System should be simple "patrol" -> if player nearby run in his(player) direction and attack him. Health system... mhh dont know ^^

Im working on a shooter atm. Its mutliplayer, so we could connect it and work together with MQ32 and 3run "Horror, Survival, Scarestheshitoutofyou, run and hide, with Zombies" Game like Amnesia I think this doesn't sound like a shooter or even multiplayer both would totally destroy the athmosphere of such a game, you won't feel hunted, scared by those monsters... have you ever played amnesia?

both would totally destroy the athmosphere of such a game, you won't feel hunted, scared by those monsters... well... I don't think so (as long as it won't get too much like a shooter). But It would definitely make It harder to get the gameplay rvL_eXile is looking for. Multiplayer would be really interesting, but if you'll have weapons then just weak ones (f.e. melee) or with very limited ammunition and also not through the whole game, just at some special parts.
