i think it will sell great at first, but i think they built up way too much expectation, and people will not buy it after everybody sees its just going to be your typical new release game. Thats my speculation at least.

After what I saw there are so many people excited and want to buy it no matter what (p)reviews say. So chances are good that it will be a cash machine. Just look at this forum thread and then look at 4players. I also saw the comments on the live stream. They all want to buy as fast as possible.

But I also saw some gameplay from this live stream and it looks very good, detailed animations, lots of action, huge particle explosions and crazy weapons. There seems to be some really huge boss enemies and even some vehicles to drive.

So from my point of view I would just expect a fun action shooter and it looks like it exactly delivers this. No sneaking, no talking, no role-playing, just action.

copyrights and publishing rights.

Actually the Jagged Alliance series is revived by a German developer and to me it seems like this could be a worthy successor. (bitComposer Games)

Not quite the way I would have predicted after the whole lawsuit thing, but I never doubted it would eventually get a release date again.

The hype and myths around this title alone is worth its marketing value in pure gold. :-p
