How to use it? I can use the global one, but how to work with local one? Will that help me to make ball (for example) to move depending on the camera pan?

Generally speaking, global coordinates are referred to the WORLD, instead local coordinates are referred to OBJECT coordinates.

Can you better explain me your request please?
