You always have to contact Conitec when selling a Gamestudio version. And I don't think eBay has a "Contact-Conitec-automatically-for-a-second-hand-sale-yes-we-made-this-feature-just-for-those-few-people-who-sell-their-Gamestudio-licience-button". there's one

ChrisB is right, you can sell it, but without the corret transfer of the ownership information on Conitecs side, the license is useless for any user.
