Can modern technology really achieve something like that ? I dont think so
I don't think it's a joke, scientists are experimenting with this a lot. Can it 'sense feelings' too, perhaps it can, but probably only either 'happy/neutral/sad', since those differences can be read out of brain output so to speak.
