This is a pretty cool resource for anyone looking to make their own textures from the photos in this archive.

I suck a translating those licences...does this mean I can use their images in comercial projects?

yes it does although it states that it can remove those rights at any time, it also says that anyone may use those textures as long as they were downloaded from the website if you pass those textures on to someone else and they use them the are breaking the term of the licence
