I am from croatia , new user of a8comercial , I dont have company and dont pay anything to my country , I whant to know can I legaly publish games on internet and cd , as freeware or shareware , thanks

Yes, you can publish games as freeware or shareware with A8 Commercial, even if you don't own a company. The "Com" description is just a label to distinguish the edition from others and has no further legal meaning.

maybe it's worthy to check your local tax rules if you want to get money for your shareware products... here in Hungary as I know it is possible to sell own softwares without establishing a company, but requires some paperwork... but can be totally different out there.

With the engine you will have not problem publishing games.
You bought the rights to do so.

The one who can give you problems are your tax-offices and

If there is somebody who whant to know . Today I got ansver from " ministarstvo gospodarstva " in my town Šibenik in Croatia .
To sell games on internet you must have company . If you publish as a freeware you dont need company .

here in Hungary as I read in this article (useful only if you live here ) http://web.beltav.hu/szilagyi/szszszr/adokalkulator.htm it is possible to pay tax nearly similarly to Artisjus incomes (I had some music copyright income in past) in case of selling "intellectual properties", but a personal tax code should be asked from the tax office, and invoices should be made. Maybe in the EU similar rules exist, maybe not...
