It would be easier copying some 3DGS files into one folder and clickin on "convert.bat". Open the result in MSVC#2010 and press "run".

I have no 25k available. Max is 10.000€/$. I choose the cheaper solution for implementation/conversion (gaming-console support) at time. In one year.
