Well I meant euros, and about specifics on the hours, your list sounds rather demanding on hours. Multiplayer server/client also involves web code I suppose. Payment system behind the game is not the easiest thing to build with multiplayer. Physics require a lot of testing in my experience, and eats time. But can't say more without your plan. Just saying it to help you on payment estimates. Can't promise if I have enough time soon.
