is it possible to get a download without having to sign up on a website? btw, this should be in user resources.

The problem of dev harbor is registration but I don't think it isn't matter for me In your own interest, make it easy for people to access your stuff, if your want them to actually use it. Else all your work will go under unnoticed. There are many free upload sites with unlimited direct access.
