hmmm... I don't really see any codes, that you could claim copyright for. Except you mean that fragment shader lines in your text, but I really doubt that you mean them, as you posted them for other guys to learn from them haven't you?
But how should anyone learn from them, if he isn't allowed to use what he's just learned???
Besides you yourself stated that ssao isn't done up by yourself the first time, meaning you have no right (in my eyes) to claim copyright over it's basical mathematical content.
I really appreciate your work, and it's perfectly fine to set a copyright for your tutorial, but please leave out the "and code samples" as we really won't have a chance to do ssao in another way, if it's working in that way you posted. And I'm sure you wanted us to learn from your samples.
