My game works fine localy using -sv & -cl, But when i try it over the internet using -cl -ip 217.43.32.197 it cant find a connection, I am loading a Dedicated server for it to connect to first using -sv, in the dedicated sever window it show only my local ip address not my global ip address (if thats the term)

Why is this, can "anyone" help!? ;_;
