Internship in itself is unpaid there is on occasion paid one’s. The idea is a company trades teaching or experience for raw work force. Generally these positions do not appeal to already skilled workers.

We do however grant certain benefits in the contracts, such as royalty’s and paid positions upon finished internships. We have had luck with these programs in the past and as we are still a rather small company, it works for us. I do however understand the need to take care of one self and hold no fault to those who can not do such work.

We do however on occasion hire out freelancers, if you are in need of such pay, you can email me your prices. I can not say for sure we will use you, that depends on Milestones and if we are going to be late on one, before we go that route.

Sounds like a lot of commitment for free work. What are "YOU" offering in return ?

Actually , this intership concept sounds interesting to me , maybe I should look for a couple of interns myself , lol.

Acutely Ive been reading that and had you pmed me you would know what was being offered. Instead you base judgment on me. I ask no more from anyone that I do not expect out of myself. Besides if you read the whole post you would know that we also hire freelancers from time to time.

Out of the past year 90% of the interns we have brought in we have hired.
