Not my first dumb question, and certainly not my last. I recently purchased GS3D, and would like to know how to stay current. As versions and minor updates are made, are emails sent out, is there an upgrade script or service available (like Symantec's LiveUpdate)? Or do I just have to pay real close attention to some thread on this board?

no there are updates at the download page of the 3d gamestudio mainpage and new updates are announced in the feedback section of the forum (its called announcments) there u can find the newest updates. In your 3dgs folder on your computer is a password.txt file where your username and password. You need this in order to download new updates. Hope that helped.
isn't so dumb. i never had any email or live update from Conitec. funny, but i can't find link for a rss feed on the 3dgs main page. or button "subscribe for our news". and so on. only this forum and look at downloads and news from time to time.
