How do I use plugins? AH! How do i use lite-c?

Where should i put the plugins and how should i call them from my script? I'm using D3D's Mysql plugin... But i keep getting this error I'm using A6.60 Pro


AH! i don't think i'm using lite-c, how do i use lite-c and will i have to change my script?
