Moving an entity toward another; how would I do this? - 04/08/09 17:09
Hello, everybody. Now I know for certain that there is likely a blatantly obvious tutorial I missed on how to do this; but after searching I found nothing.
What I'm essentially trying to make is somthing similar to a telikenetic ability that moves an object toward the mouse position. (an example would be the light rod thing in Rebel Planet's Wicked Mansion). How would I get such a thing to work?

Well actually I used the search function to find a set of keywords. And I didn't find what I wanted. ^_^;

I found this forums search engine is a little tricky.
Youve got to make sure you are searching all topics on all forums,
and the default date-range of ONE week is way too short...
