Civillians: Eye candy & Cannon Fodder

I need some civillians. I have tried to find good models, I have tried to make my own, but I have failed.

Do any of you know of any good civillian models? Preferrably several different models, with several different skins for diversity.

This game is an RTS, so they don't have to be super-high-poly, but they don't have to be super-low-poly.

I can animate them, but I would prefer that they were already animated.

Yes, yes, I'm sorry. I posted this in the wrong section. I'm a programmer, and habitually visit this site. So when I needed a model, out of habit...

Anyway, does anyone know of a good RTS quality civillian model?
