Team need for RPG

I have been planing a game for a while now and it's time I got a team together. There will be pay and lots of it when the game is done. I am going for the big score and trying to find a mainstream publisher like EA.

I need a concept artist,
a modeler
Level designer
and a texture artist

I code in C++ Builder! I can do structural modeling (buildings, items) in Truespace (using either the Collada, .cob, or .3ds formats)
