File Transfer DLL

Hello all,

A while ago I made a TCP File Transfer DLL for a friend, and I thought maybe people on here might like to use it

In a nutshell, it transfers a file along the TCP protocol (Internet, LAN, etc) - no encryption, compression, etc - a very simple DLL

It works with C-script, not sure about Lite-C (testers would be great ) - and I have tested it in a LAN setting, and over the internet from Australia to Germany, everytime it worked successfully.

Features:
- Simple file transfer
- Easy to use, uses a simple "trigger" idea
- Can show the progress of the transfer
- Has a debug mode to write a log file
- Very lightweight
- Easy to use
- FREE!

Any ideas on what you want the tutorial to make? Obviously a DLL, but what should the DLL do?

Well in general, it should explain most of the functions in delphi which are usefull in 3dsgs. Maybe you could make a tutorial where you explain the functions in delphi and how to use them properly in 3dgs. But offcourse you can implant your own stuff, it's actually your choise, I'm just searching for a good and decent tutorial where handy functions from delphi get explained and get used at a correct way in

as registered user you can upload up to 10MB/file on www.gstools.de

what versions can use this , all?

AFAIK all version of A6 can use it, and I presume A7 can also, although it is not tested

It does not use 3dgs's MP system at all, so it should work on the standard version also
