Replacement key

Hi, I seem to have lost my key file for A6 and thus can't install it on my new computer. I saw you can buy a replacement key. But what info is required to get it?

normally your username and password for the download section should suffice... you know, the clientXXXXXX and the password that goes along with it.

Thanks Michael! After finding the account info I found a readme file that says the key.exe is also given on disc - I then found the disc (which is something unusual) so problem solved
