There are no handy engines for MMORTS. MMORPG lots but not -RTS.

Torque would be your best bet. If I'm not mistaken, they have RTS and MMO packs which you could in principle mash up for a MMOGRTS.

Torque? I came here from Torque, all versions, all pacs. I took more classes than I can count on Torque and even did my internship with a company that worked exclusely with Torque and MMO developement. I like Torque... but... what I can say is that Torque can be integrated with python as one alternative [like with Minions of Mirth, Josh is a nice guy], it can be integrated with sql/obdc, they [GG] may be releasing an mmokit of their own at some point which may or may not be in developement right now. I havent been following their forums or politics for a while now. Great guys though <please don't send the lawyers>.

I know the one I have works. But mine is heavily modified to the point it doesn't even use Torque format or file extensions anymore.

I like Torque because they provide the engine source code for Visual Studio. I decided to leave because I couldn't program it to auto adjust resolution when pulling the sides and bottom on the window into alternative screen sizes [resize window] to my satisfaction >argh<.
